Kari Liuhto, 2012 02 08 10:29
Dear Marijuš Antonovič,

The Pan-European Institute carries out a review, which is widely distributed around the world; over 80 countries. Invited experts write in each review. We have received an expert column from many distinguished experts, including EU commissioners, ministers, leading experts among others(see www.tse.fi/pei -> Economic monitoring -> Baltic Rim Economies).

Now, I politely approach you with an invitation to contribute a 2-page article in English (max. 5,500 letters) related to the Kaliningrad nuclear power station project or another topical theme you may consider relevant for the review.

Should you accept this invitation, I wish that your column would be delivered to me electronically by 1.10.2012, in order to be published by the end of October. If you wish that your photograph will be included in the column, I kindly ask you to send it to me in an electronic form together with your article.

I would highly appreciate your answer by 14.2.2012 even if you would decline from this invitation.

Yours cordially,

Professor Kari Liuhto
Director
